Growth Hacker

Global RCG is looking for a SaaS growth person who has sales and marketing experience who will have the following responsibilities:

What you’ll be doing
  1. Identify and prioritize new growth opportunities for the SaaS product, including identifying target markets and creating go-to-market strategies.
  2. Work closely with the founders to define and implement new features and functionality that drive customer acquisition and retention.
  3. Execute effective sales and marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  4. Analyze data and metrics to track and optimize the performance of growth initiatives, and report on progress and insights to stakeholders.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key partners, influencers, and industry experts to drive growth and visibility for the SaaS product.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in SaaS marketing and growth, and continually look for ways to improve and optimize the growth strategy.

What we’re looking for

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong track record of driving growth for SaaS products through a combination of sales and marketing efforts, as well as experience with data analysis and performance optimization. They should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. PS: Bonus points if they've worked in the video creation/editing industry.
